Workday HCM

We are looking for a Workday HCM Functional Consultant to provide deep system expertise and consulting services. This role involves delivering high-quality solutions, building strong client relationships, and contributing to practice development within a dynamic consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert Workday HCM consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Deliver exceptional solutions and build lasting client relationships based on trust and expertise.
• Act as a subject matter expert in one or more Workday HCM functional areas.
• Contribute to the growth of our consulting practice by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior consultants.
• Manage project tasks effectively to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Current certification in at least one Workday HCM module is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Workday HCM consultant.
• Experience in a consulting environment is mandatory.
• Must be eligible to work in the US, Canada, or Mexico without sponsorship.
• A history of successful project delivery and positive client references.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
