Workday Financial Integration Position

This role is centered on Workday Studio and involves developing complex, custom integrations from the ground up. The ideal candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of Workday integrations and technical solutions for our Finance applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and support technical solutions and Workday integrations for financial applications.
• Construct robust Workday integrations that fulfill both functional and non-functional business needs.
• Manage the analysis and consolidation of data from various disparate systems.
• Convert functional business requirements into effective Workday technology solutions.
• Apply problem-solving skills and data analysis to architect high-quality, complex integrations.
• Engage in both break-fix support and optimization of existing integrations.
• Mentor team members on issue resolution, root cause analysis, and new system deployments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Workday Integrations development with strong skills in EIBs, Workday Studio, and Core/Cloud Connectors.
• Familiarity with other Workday technologies, including Web Service APIs (SOAP, REST), middleware, Business Process Framework, and Configurable Security.
• Functional knowledge of ERP systems, including Finance, HCM, and Payroll, is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player, with a willingness to mentor others.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field. Relevant professional experience can substitute for a degree.
• Object-oriented development skills, particularly in Java.
• Workday Integration developer certifications covering EIBs, Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Proficiency with Web Services, APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST), and XML/XSLT.
