Workday Financial Consultant

As a Workday Financial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in large-scale Workday Financials implementations. You will leverage your management consulting experience to lead clients through every stage of the project lifecycle, from discovery to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and processes.
• Manage and guide small teams, taking a lead role in project streams to ensure tasks are completed quickly and accurately.
• Design, configure, and test the Workday Financials solution to meet client needs and specifications.
• Conduct configuration and business process walkthroughs with clients to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business processes, calculated fields, business logic, and data loads.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to all stages of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in large-scale Workday implementations, with a strong preference for Workday Financials.
• Management consulting experience in a client-facing role is required.
• Ability to lead projects, manage teams, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise in analyzing, defining, and configuring complex business requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills within the Workday ecosystem.
• Experience with other ERP or SaaS solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle E-Business, ADP, UltiPro) is a plus.
